1 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp paprika
400g chopped tomatoes
225 asparagus spears
50g peas
75 g prosciutto
125 chorizo
4 eggs

STEP 1
chop the onion heat in a small pan with oil add garlic until beging to brown
stir in the paprika the cook for 1 minute mix in chopped tomatoes and season
simmer for 5 minutes

STEP 2
mean while trim the asparagus and cook with the peas in boiling salted water
cut the ham

STEP 3
put tomato sauce in ovenproof dish make a well in versus spots ans place the eggs in the wells arange the asparagus and peas /chorizo and ham
bake at 200 fan for 15 to 20 mins
