"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan. (I use the spray that has flour in it)
Mix sour cream, oil, cake mix and pudding with an electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is well incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chunks.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake at 350º for 50 minutes.(If your oven cooks on the cooler side you may need a few more minutes)
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe was in a cookbook that I got as a gift when I got married but I altered it over the years. It is the long time favorite cake of my boys and is great with vanilla ice cream. I have used regular chocolate chips if I could not find the chunks, but the chunks are preferred.
