2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 egg
⅔ cup milk
crumb topping
Directions:

Heat oven to 375º. Grease 9" round or square pan. Mix all ingredients except topping.
Spread evenly into pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake until wooden puck inserted in center comes out clean. 20-25 minutes.

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

Mix all ingredients with fork. Sprinkle evenly over coffee cake before baking.
