4 cup soft bread crumbs (use blender to make crumbs)
1 med. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup light cream
2 eggs
1 cup sugar

Combine ingredients and place in an oven-proof casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400º for 30-45 minutes or longer at lower temperature.
