4-6 ripe bananas(mashed) or 1 C
2½ c all purpose flour
1 c sugar
3½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
¾ c milk
1 egg
1-2 c chopped pecans or chocolate chips( for nut allergies)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 1 rectangular pan.
Mix all ingredients adding nuts last. Pour into pan(s) and bake 55 min. If top begins to over brown before knife comes out clean cover top with aluminum foil
