4 1/2 c. sugar
1 - 13 oz can of canned milk
2 T. vanilla
4 small bags chocolate chips
2 C. chopped nuts
1 - 8 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1/2 lb. margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and canned milk together in a pan.
Bring to a rolling bowl over medium heat, for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat
Add the vanilla and then pour over chocolate chips, nuts, marshmallow creme and margarine/butter
Mix thoroughly and pour into an un-greased oblong pan - about 17" x 12" x 1"

This is best when made at least 3 days in advance,. Keeps well for long periods.
DO NOT refrigerate.
After waiting 3 days, cut and store in tightly sealed container, in a cool place.
