1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sliced apples
2 c. sliced peaches, drained
1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. curry powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, combine apples, peaches, and pineapple, sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, and curry powder. Mix fruit mixture with sugar and cornstarch. Bake in buttered casserole dish in a 350ºF oven for approximately one hour. Serve warm.
