1 cup ricotta
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan
chopped parsley
1 egg
12 4x6-inch pieces of fresh pasta
Marinara Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon 1 tbsp of marinara into each of 12 muffin cups. Press 1 piece of pasta into each. Top with cheese filling and drizzle with more sauce. Fold in the overhanging pasta; dab with water to seal. top with more sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan. Bake @ 400º until browned, 15 minutes. Top with parsley.
