1 ⅓ cups sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 ⅓ cups milk
3 well beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa and flour and mix together until smooth.
Add milk and egg yolks
Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Take out and stir well.
Return to microwave and cook another 3+ minutes or until it has reached the right consistency
Add to the cooked mixture butter and vanilla
Pour into graham cracker crust or baked, cooled pie crust.
Refrigerate and serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.
