Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from my wonderful friend, Peri, who said it was an old weight watchers recipe from years ago. It's super easy and delicious on a cold day! And it freezes and reheats nicely! Sometimes I make a double or triple batch and just keep it in the freezer and then if someone pops over, you've always got a delicious hearty meal that's ready to go! And it's gluten free!
