2 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup milk with 1 egg beaten into it
3 teaspoons yeast
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons gluten

In a bread maker- dry ingredients on bottom and wet ingredients on top- add yeast after 10 minutes.

I have only made this in a bread maker, never by hand though am sure could be done. Uncle Dean always sent a loaf home with me when I visited.
