1 quart of chopped oysters (keep the juice),1 onion,1 carrot, 2 stalks of celery,2 potatoes,1tspcurry,1 liter cream,1oz chopped parsley,1/8tsp garlic, shot of white wine.,roux

Directions:
Directions:
saute oysters and chopped vegetables in large pan, add salt, pepper and curry.remove ingredients and set aside.add cream,garlic and wine, thicken with roux to medium consistency,simmer for 15 min stirring occasionaly,add oysters and vegetables back in, heat to scalding add parsley.

oysters must be fresh and not frozen.roux is equal amounts of butter and flour cooked over low heat and is used as a thickener.
