1 10" pie crust, baked and cooled
Fresh strawberries, washed and left whole

Glaze:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 box strawberry gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by placing the washed, whole strawberries into the baked and cooled pie crust.

Next mix sugar, water and cornstarch in a saucepan stirring over medium high heat until mixture is clear. Remove from heat and add the gelatin and lemon juice.

Chill for a short while until mixture begins to thicken and then pour it over the strawberries.

Chill pie for several hours before serving.
