2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds or
peanuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450º.
2. Combine ingredients, except cheese
and potato chips.
3. Pile lightly into sea shells or
individual baking dishes or buttered
casserole.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
