1/2 cup vegetable oil
1cup butter
2 Tablespoons molasses
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds rolled oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup chopped peanuts
2 cups Grape Nuts
1 cup wheat germ
1 pound coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup roasted soy beans
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, butter, molasses, vanilla, brown sugar, honey and salt in a large roasting pan until melted. Let cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients except raisins. Place in 350 F oven for 30 minutes, stirring every five minutes. Add raisins. Cool and store in large container. Makes a slightly chewy granola.
