12 jalapeno peppers
6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons minced green onion
1 garlic, pressed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and membranes. Put on a baking sheet. Stir together the cheeses, green onion, garlic and salt. Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture and then dip in the bread crumbs. Bake about 15 minutes, until the cheese mixture puffs up and starts to brown.
