1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2" strips
2 t oil
2/3 c finely chopped onion
2 medium carrots chopped
2 celery ribs chopped
1 c corn
2 cans 10 oz each condensed cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c chicken broth
1 c peas
1/2 c half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in the oil. Then put in a 5 qt slow cooker. Add the onions, carrots, celery and corn. In a large bowl whisk the soup and broth until combined. Then stir into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low about 4 hours. Stir in peas and cream and cook about 30 minutes more.
