12 Hawaiian Rolls
2 oz Genoa salami
1 oz sliced pepperoni
8 oz cotta salami
1/2 c. banana peppers
4 oz provolone cheese
1 T. olive oil
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. Italian seasoning
1 pinch of salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut rolls in half (one large top & bottom). Place bottom in a baking dish. Layer meat on the bread. Top with banana peppers and cheese. Top with the top layer of bread.

In a small bowl, combine spices & oil. Brush top of rolls with seasoned oil. Bake the sandwiches for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cut with serated knife & serve.

I never measure the meat, cheese or seasoning. I like to buy the multi pack of meats to make this recipe simple.
