1 Gallon (16 C) peeled and diced tomatoes
4 Med Onions Diced
4 C unsweetened applesauce
4 lag Jalepeno Peppers
1 1/2 tsp pickling spice

1 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 C apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Pickling spice in unbleached cloth bag.
Peel and dice all tomatoes and onions. Poke holes in Jalapenos (DO NOT DICE). Place tomatoes, onions, applesauce, spice bag and jalapenos in pot and boil on med high till onions are tender.
Then add sugar and apple cider vinegar.
Cook on medium high stirring continuously to prevent scorching till its thick enough to coat a spoon
