Key Lime Frosting
Ingredients:

1¼ c whole wheat pastry flour
¼ c vanilla whey protein powder
¼ c unbleached all purpose flour
½ c splenda
½ c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅓ c key lime juice
⅓ c plain full fat yogurt
⅓ c water
⅓ c olive oil
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350º F
Spray a 9" round baking pan

In a medium bowl, mix together both flours, both sugars, baking soda and powder and salt

Add lime juice, milk, oil, vinegar and vanilla to bowl

Whisk by hand until its completely combined and smooth

Transfer batter to prepared pan
Bake for ~30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Let cool in pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before frosting

¾ c full fat plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp key lime juice
1 Tbsp sugar
⅓ c splenda

Put all ingredients in a small bowl and beat with hand mixer until smooth and completely combined
