Ingredients: 1# ground beef 1# sausage Salt and pepper 1- onion, chopped 4 celery stalks, chopped 1- can cream of mushroom soup 1-can cream of celery soup 1-2 cups of milk 1 bag of egg noodles

Directions: Brown the beef and the sausage in a large fry pan. Add the chopped onions and celery to brown and soften with the meat. Season to taste. Once the meat is browned, drain the fat out and add the two cans of soup. Stir in the milk. I usually just fill an empty soup can with the milk Use as much as you need to make mixture creamy. Prepare the egg noodles by boiling as directed on the package. You may want to under cook them , since they will cook more once mixed with the meat sauce Combine the noodles with the meat sauce mixture. Simmer together for a while. You may place it in the oven for a while or just leave it on the stove top in the pan. It is ready. Enjoy |
