1/2 cup crisco
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco and sugar
Add eggs one at atime, mix well
Sift dry ingredients, add dry ingredients to egg mixture alternating with milk
Grease & flour mini muffin tins
Fill tins 2/3 full
Bake 375º F for 15-20 min.
Remove from pan & roll in melted butter then in cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat 4 times
