2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups dried fruit & nuts
1 cup yogurt (plain or lemon)
5 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º F
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar
With your fingers rub the butter into the flour mixture until it's soft and "mealy"
Mix in dried fruit & nuts
Mix in yogurt
Grease a baking sheet, then turn the dough onto the center. Flatten the dough into a circle - about 10 in.a round. Make sure it is fairly even
Bake about 2 min. Check for "doneness" with a toothpick
Cool on a rack
Cut into wedges
