50ml vegetable oil
1k beef shin, sliced
1 large onion, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper sliced
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tin chopped tomatoes
100ml white wine
200ml beef stock

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

STEP1
Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium heat and add the oil. When hot, add the beef and sear it in batches, sprinkling over some paprika each time.

STEP 2
When seared place into a casserole dish. Next add the onions and garlic to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the peppers and cook for another minute. Add all the remaining ingredients.
STEP 3
Cover and place in the oven for 3 hours.
