3 sausages
Tomato sauce
Heavy Cream
Chopped Brown Onion
Minced Garlic
Pasta (your choice)
Parmesan to serve
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic and brown onion in a pan with a bit of olive oil until golden.
Then add sausage and cook until it's ground and brown.
Add tomato sauce until it simmers
Add around half a cup of heavy cream and stir until it thickens.
Boil pasta in a bit of salt.
Once pasta is cooked add the sauce to the pasta and serve.
Top with a bit of parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
