4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 pkg. (9 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and patted dry
1/3 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped onion
20 (1/4" thick) French bread slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cut cheese into 20 thin slices. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and garlic. Mix until well blended. Stir in spinach, carrot and onion. Spread rounded tablespoonful spinach mixture onto each bread slice. Place on baking sheet. Top with cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is crisp. Serve warm.
