1 pkg Dry Yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Melted Butter
1 tsp salt
1¼ cup Water
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
5 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except yeast and flour, in large bowl. Add yeast. Mix well. Add flour. Let rise until double in bulk: Punch down. Store in a covered bowl in refrigerator and make into dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls as needed. Dough will keep a week. Recipe may easily be doubled.

I use my Kitchenaid with dough hook and let it kneed for approx 6 minutes.
