1 cup sugar
⅓ cup self-rising flour
1 egg
¾ stick melted butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Pie Crust (I use Pillsbury refrigerated)
Cool Whip or whipped cream topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar, flour, egg and melted butter.
Sir in lemon juice
Add blueberries and combine gently
Pour into pie crust
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
When cool, serve with additional topping such as Cool Whip or whipped cream if you like.
