Ingredients:  
1 round sourdough loaf
1 pkg Jack cheese (use as much as you want)
1 cube butter
garlic or garlic powder
chives (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut loaf almost all the way down in squares (like a checker- board)
slice jack cheese and place in between squares
melt butter and garlic then pour over bread
sprinkle top with chives
wrap with tinfoil

Bake at 325º until cheese melts
