2 (11oz) cans Mexicorn/fiesta corn, drained
2 (7oz) cans chopped green chiles, drained
2 Tbsp chopped jalapeno
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray or butter 9x13 baking dish. Place everything in baking dish and mix carefully. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve warm with Tostitos Scoops.
