1 T dried garlic...
1 T Rosemary, crushed...
1 T dried oregano...
2 t dried basil...
1 t crushed red pepper flakes...
1/2 t salt...
1/2 t coarsely ground pepper...

THIS MAKES 3 BATCHES......EACH BATCH IS 1/2 CUP

1/2 cup olive oil...
1 loaf French bread baguette

Directions:

Put the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl....
Mix well...

Take these ingredients and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months...

When ready to put a batch together, this is what you do...
Take 4 t of the ingredients and put in a microwave safe dish....
Mix in 1 t of water and microwave on high for 10 to 15 seconds...
Strain mixture, when you have the water drained, place the remaining ingredients on a shallow plate, add 1/2 cup olive oil and stir to combine...
Serve with the French bread...

BE SURE TO USE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL........
