2 lbs pork - cut up in 1 in. pieces
2 cans chicken broth..
flour
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 jar Green Salsa
2 cups cheddar cheese
Flour tortillas.

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bag and add pork pieces, Shake and brown in skillet in oil. Add the cans of chicken broth. Cover and cook on medium for about 1/2 hour. Add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and 1 jar of Green Salsa and cook about 1/2 hour until well blended.

Meanwhile, grate about 2 cups cheddar cheese and warm the flour tortillas. Place one tortilla on a plate and sprinkle a little cheese. Add pork mix. Fold tortilla, add a little more mix on top and enjoy! I add a side of Spanish rice as a side dish.
