Ingredients:
2 Lb Beef Stew Meat, trimmed and cubed
3 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp course black pepper
1/2 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
3 TBSP olive oil
1 onion chopped
3 mushrooms diced
2 tomatoes diced
1 lrg bell pepper

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all powdered ingredients, except cornstarch, in a medium sized bowl
in palm sized handfuls throw the cubed meat in and coat well. Remove and repeat until all meat is coated well in seasoned flour.

Add the 3 TBSP olive oil to a skillet and brown the meat and the onions.

While the meat is cooking, mix your bouillon and water or if premixed measure out the 6 cups needed. Stir in the rest of your vegetables with the meat, and slowly pour the beef broth into the pan.

(Here you can choose to slow cook it over a flame (on low heat) or do as I did and throw it all in the crockpot on high)

Since I put mine in the crockpot I used the cornstarch and water to create a slurry and mixed it into the crockpot to make it thicken. From here I let it cook for 2 hours, stirring periodically.
