Ingredients:  
Wash and cut up then soak pickles in ice for 24 hours. Pat dry and pack in Jars.

In each jar there should be:
Pickles
1 T. dill seed or 3 head dill weed
2 t. mustard seed
1 clove garlic (or put in brine, boil & remove)

Brine:
9 c. water
6 c. white vinegar
2 T. pickling spice (in a bag)
¾ c. salt
¼ c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring brine to boil.
Pour over pickles in jars
Place lids and rings

Process in a water bath for 10-20 minutes.
