3 pounds Yukon Gold or red potatoes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. dried dill
¼ - ½ tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
¼ - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into large cubes. If they are really small potatoes, you can leave them whole. Place in a lightly greased 6 qt. slow cooker.
Sprinkle seasonings and Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
Mix together butter, oil, and garlic; pour over the potatoes.
Place lid on the slow cooker and cook on High for 3 hours or on Low for 5 - 6 hours.
Sprinkle with parsley and additional Parmesan and serve.
