Ingredients:
1 tbsp. coconut oil or olive oil
4-6 boneless pork chops
1 stick butter
1 pkg. ranch mix
1 cup water or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Turn your Instant Pot on to sauté. Place the oil and pork chops into a hot pot and brown on both sides. Make sure to brown the chops, they will look prettier that way. Place the stick of butter on top of the chops and them sprinkle with the ranch powder. Pour your water or broth over the pork.
Place the lid on and seal. Push the manual button and set for 5 minutes. Allow it to naturally release the pressure for 5 minutes and then do a quick release to remove pressure. It is ready to serve. You can spoon the buttery sauce over vegetables.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you use bone in chops, increase the pressure to 10 minutes. You could also throw in a bag of frozen vegetables on top of the chops and they will be done at the same time.
