8 chicken tenders, broiled and shredded
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
½ cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Knor Chicken & Rice with Broccoli & cheddar cheese, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
6 slices pepper-jack cheese
½ cup Mexican Cheese blend




Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper all together. In a buttered casserole dish, layer in this order; chicken & broccoli rice, chicken mixture and then 6 slices of pepper-jack cheese. Then repeat with the chicken & broccoli rice and the chicken mixture. Top with the shredded Mexican cheese blend.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Makayla and Hayden love this dish, however I skip the pepper jack cheese when I make it for them, but Bill and I love it that way.
