1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups Reece’s peanut butter chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Pre-heat oven 325-350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle, cream butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in medium until light and fluffy approximately 4 minutes. Reduce speed to medium low and add eggs on at a time until blended. Add vanilla and beat until well mixed.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. Slowly add flour mixture to stand mixer ingredients and mix well. Turn mixer to low and add oats, chocolate and peanut butter chips. Add pecans and gently mix for 15-20 seconds.

Scoop desired size cookie dough onto baking sheets approximately 3” apart. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Baking in batches, and leaving dough balls in refrigerator until needed, bake until lightly browned. Approximately 13-15 minutes. Let cool slightly and transfer to cooling rack to cool
