one small diced sweet onion
one small diced tender zucchini (peeled if tough skin)
2 scrambled eggs with 3 tbsp. of romano cheese and black pepper
1 clove garlic (remove after flavoring oil)
2 tbsp. oil
2 cans chix collagen
1 package of sweet frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
saute garlic in olive oil/.remove garlic
add onion and zucchini
add collagen
simmer and add egg mix with the cheese
simmer for a few more minutes
add the peas and simmer a few more minutes

serve with grated cheese, crushed pepper and some fresh bread!
