2 cans Bush’s vegetarian baked beans
1 can black beans (or other)
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1/8th cup yellow mustard
1/4 th cup molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion, green pepper and red pepper. We use the small dice on our ‘chopper’.

Drain and rinse black beans. In casserole dish, combine drained black beans with all other ingredients.

(Ketchup, mustard and molasses - exact amounts not critical. A little more or less of each will be fine. )

Bake until bubbly at 375.

This amount serves about 10-12. Cut in half if less is needed.
