salt
pepper
garlic powder
paprika
vegetable oil
potatoes cut into fries

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into strips or nuggets or into big flat pieces put in a bowl of water and salt. Best to let sit in fridge like this but ok if not.

Mix flour and spices in a large zip lock bag.
Put a fry in oil to test for temp! When fry id is done you oil is ready!
Put chicken pieces, a few at a time into zip lock. If you want heavy breading take out, dunk in bowl of chicken and water and re-flour. Put into oil, do not crowd your pan, do not bring temp down!

Leave the chicken alone for 7 minutes before you check for desired done-ness!

Once chicken is done put the zip lock w flour mix in the freezer if you have a lot left over! You can use it next time!

This is also great cold or re heated in your air fryer, I do not recommend using in air fryer without first frying!
