2 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup whole milk
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache
284mls double cream
150g dark chocolate

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C fan. Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil, coffee and milk; mix at medium speed 1 minute. Add eggs and vanilla; beat 2 minutes longer. P.s( Batter will be thin.)
Pour into 2 greased and floured baking pans
Bake until its thoroughly cooked or when you insert a sharp knife or tooth pick it shoukd come out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool your cakes before removing from pans.

For ganache melt your double cream and dark chocolate on bain marie on low heat or in the microwave until its all melted. Let it rest for 3 to 4hrs room temperature and ice your cake.combine
