1 lb. ground beef
24 corn tortillas
Oil for frying
1 packet Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix taco seasoning into raw beef
Start heating about 1" of oil in a sauce pan
Layout soft, pliable corn tortillas (20-24) all over your counter top. Press ground beef onto 1/2 the tortilla. (About 1 pound ground beef for 24 tacos.)
Once oil is heated, carefully add the taco, flat. Keep ahold of empty side of the shell and fold over when the shell is softened from the heat.
Let fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shell is golden brown.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towells and sprinkle with salt.

We like to stack the toppings onto the taco while it is laying on its side.

You can also layer cheese ontop of the beef for different flavor.
