Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
8 oz tomato sauce
12 oz romaine lettuce
2-3 tomatoes, cut up
Fritos, most of a bag
8 oz shredded taco or cheddar cheese
Chopped lettuce (I usually use romaine)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the meat mixture as for tacos. I am not real careful about measuring and this can easily be doubled. Then just layer in a 9” x 13” pan: lettuce first, then chopped tomatoes (2 or 3), crunched up Fritos, the warm meat sauce , then about 8 oz. of shredded cheddar or taco cheese.
