Beet greens from 1 bunch beets
1/4 cup arugula
1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup nuts of choice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put greens, nuts, lemon juice and salt in food processor and pulse until chopped. With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil.
