Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Pork and Beans
Barbecue sauce (any brand - I use KC Masterpiece)
Molasses
Brown sugar
Pork rub (recipe below)
Baby back rib meat (optional)

Rub:
½ cup brown sugar
¼ paprika (or smoked paprika)
2 tbsp salt
1½ tsp black pepper
1½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
pinch of oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pork and beans and pour into baking dish. Add all ingredients and stir well. Bake uncovered at 350º until desired thickness is reached and sauce is bubbling around the sides. Stir occasionally during baking.

I typically make 2 medium sized cans of pork and beans. I use more bbq sauce than anything else (maybe ⅓ to ½ of the bottle). At least ⅓ to ½ cup of brown sugar. About ¼ to ⅓ cup of molasses. I use at least a tablespoon of the rub mixture.

Personal Notes:
I don't really measure anything while making these so I'm totally guessing. The rub is a hybrid of the "sworn to secrecy" recipe and an online recipe that was very similar.
