12 Flour Tortillas, cut into 1" strips
1 Large (8 oz) Can Green Chilies
16-30 oz. Salsa (amount depends on pan size)
1 lb. Cheese (I like combination of monterey jack and milkd cheddar)

Beat together:
8-9 Eggs
½ Cup Milk
½ Teaspoon Cumin
½ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
½ Teaspoon Onion Salt

Directions:
Starting with salsa, prepare layers of salsa chilies, tortillas, and cheese in pan. (normally 3 to 4 leayers using all ingredients). Pour egg mixtures over all and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until knife comes out clean.
