¼ Cup Cold Milk
1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin
½ Cup Milk, heated to boiling
1 Tablespoon Sucaryl (or other sugar substitute)
⅛ Teaspoon Salt
1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese, cubed
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 8 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Graham Cracker Crumb Crust (store bought)

Directions:
Directions:
Put cold milk and gelatin in blender and process at lowest speed to soften. Add boiling milk and process until gelatin is dissolved. Turn control to highest speed and add sweetener, salt, cheese, lemon juice and cream. Process until smooth. Add pineapple and juice. Turn blender on and off to quickly stir in. Pour into 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust. Chill until firm. (about 3 hours)
