Preheat 350º
Greased 8x8 baking dish

½ lb bacon, diced & crispy-cooked
1 lb ground beef, cooked, crumbled, drained
½ sweet onion
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp TexJoy Stk seasoning
4 lg eggs
¼ c heavy cream
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
8 oz grated cheddar
1 tsp fresh dill
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon pieces. Drain.
Cook ground beef. Drain.
Add onion & garlic, cook til translucent, 5 min.
Add next 5 ingredients to skillet; cook & stir over low heat.
Whisk eggs w/cream to combine; add pepper & hot sauce.

Spread beef mixture; sprinkle bacon pieces; pour egg mixture over.
Top with cheese.
Bake @ 350º for 30 min or until set & golden on top.
Sprinkle with dill before serving.
