1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
pinch salt
1 t baking soda
1 egg beaten
1 t vanilla
3 ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º

lightly grease loaf pan

mix dry ingredients and set aside

mash bananas in mixing bowl. Add melted butter, sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add beaten egg and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix just oil blended.

bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Let cool for a few minutes before removing from pan.
